Have a bounc­ing good time at the Jump Acro­bat tram­po­line course this sum­mer. The recre­ational course is based on the Long Term Tram­po­line Ath­lete Devel­op­ment (LTTAD) model by Gym­nas­tics Canada. Pick up some new tram­po­line skills and tricks, while learn­ing how to stay safe and have fun with games. Dis­cover how to con­trol your body in or­der to lower the risks of in­jury, while mas­ter­ing shaped jumps, back and front land­ings, twists and more.

Classes are or­gan­ised ac­cord­ing to age and will take par­tic­i­pants through var­i­ous rou­tines cov­er­ing skills on the floor, tum­ble mat and tram­po­line. This foun­da­tional pro­gramme is im­por­tant for pro­gres­sion to more ad­vanced lev­els of tram­polin­ing.

Ses­sions will be taught by Jes­sica Hinton, a se­nior ac­cred­ited tram­po­line coach and for­mer na­tional tram­po­line com­peti­tor from the UK, as well as other cer­ti­fied Jump Acro­bat in­struc­tors. With these pro­fes­sion­als on hand, you can rest as­sured that your kids are in good hands.
