Have a bouncing good time at the Jump Acrobat trampoline course this summer. The recreational course is based on the Long Term Trampoline Athlete Development (LTTAD) model by Gymnastics Canada. Pick up some new trampoline skills and tricks, while learning how to stay safe and have fun with games. Discover how to control your body in order to lower the risks of injury, while mastering shaped jumps, back and front landings, twists and more.

Classes are organised according to age and will take participants through various routines covering skills on the floor, tumble mat and trampoline. This foundational programme is important for progression to more advanced levels of trampolining.

Sessions will be taught by Jessica Hinton, a senior accredited trampoline coach and former national trampoline competitor from the UK, as well as other certified Jump Acrobat instructors. With these professionals on hand, you can rest assured that your kids are in good hands.
