For a Chinese take on tradition, try Hai Tien Lo’s Christmas set lunch and dinner menus ($168 per diner) on 15 and 16 December, and the special dim sum brunch buffet ($88 per adult; $68 for kids aged six to 11) on 15, 16, 22, 23, 29 and 30 December. Or feast Japanese-style with Keyaki’s weekend bubbly brunch ($135 per adult), featuring an eight-course menu accompanied by unlimited Taittinger Brut Réserve Champagne, sparkling shochu and sparkling sake.
For those looking to celebrate al fresco, Poolside Patio is the place to be, with a festive barbecue night ($88 per adult; $44 per child) taking place every Friday and Saturday through 29 December, as well as Christmas Day.
