Spread: This year, Sky22 restaurant is ringing in Christmas Eve with a dinner buffet (6 to 10pm; $88 per adult or $126 with free-flow wine and beer) and Christmas Day with a special lunch buffet (12 to 3pm; $78 per person, or $116 with free-flow wine and beer). Highlights include hearty carvings of roasted whole turkey with chestnut stuffing and cranberry sauce, slow-roasted rib-eye with Yorkshire pudding and port wine sauce, and crackling Australian Bangalow sweet pork belly with prune stuffing, plus a seafood-on-ice counter and a spread of traditional sweets such as black forest Bûche de Noël, apple crumble stollen and Christmas pudding with rum sauce.

If you can’t make it on Christmas Eve or Day, you can still enjoy holiday favourites throughout the month.

Sky22’s Festive Semi-Buffet is available for both lunch (Monday to Friday from 12 to 2.30pm) and dinner (Sunday to Thursday from 6 to 10pm), at $28 and $36 per person, respectively, and includes a selection of appetisers, a choice of a main and a dessert spread. Also on until 29 December, the Festive Weekend Buffet is $68 per person (or $106 with free-flow wine and beer), and is available for both lunch and dinner.
