1. Curious Palette
Aside from its award-winning latte art brews, the cafe will debut its coffee soft serve at the festival, together with a range of bottled caffeinated and decaffeinated infusions. 2. Common Man Coffee Roasters
It’s well known for its smooth coffee and brunch menu, which makes it the booth to swing by for nibbles. Sample new desserts (from indulgent to healthy) at the festival: the peanut butter and cranberry with espresso energy ball for that kick of caffeine, or the summer chia seed pudding for the perfect guilt-free pick-me-up. 3. Chye Seng Huat Hardware
This hipster hangout is one of the forerunners of Singapore’s thirdwave coffee scene, and its singleorigin cold brews promise to be one of the highlights at the festival. Only African beans (from Ethiopia, Rwanda etc) are used – they are brewed daily and steeped for 12 hours to achieve a potent but smooth overall flavour.
