It taught us that brown—and all its other per­mu­ta­tions from beige to the dark­est chest­nut—is the sea­son’s hottest hue and one wor­thy of em­brac­ing.That the camel coat, Max Mara’s claim to fame, should be the cor­ner­stone of every woman’s wardrobe, thanks to the many re­it­er­a­tions that popped up on the Ital­ian brand’s cat­walk. And, that the chicest pantsuits wor­thy of in­vest­ing in have been cut looser for ex­tra slouch and rak­ish ’90s charm.
