3DMark Ice Storm is used to make chip-to-chip comparisons of different chipsets, CPUs and GPUs without vertical sync, display resolution scaling and other operating system factors affecting the result.

The Tab Pro 10.1 clinched the top spot with a score of 15,269, which suggests that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset delivered 3% better performance than the A7 chip of the Air and 6% more than the Tegra 4 processor in the Surface 2.
