RIMA TABLE LIGHT

-

The Rima is not just a table light, it’s a study in ‘ Tangible User Interface’, which basically means a sensible interface between analog operation and digital effects. The interface here being the four rings you slide across the light bar of the Rima. Together, they function as the light switch that you use to activate and shut off individual zones of light. 56 high-quality LEDs are arranged across the light bar, and sensors detect where the position of the light rings. Sliding the rings further apart turns on the LEDs between them; bringing the rings together turns them off – just like operating a curtain.
