The Whoop Strap 2.0 does activity tracking one step better. The tracker records heart rate, heart rate variabilit­y, ambient temperatur­e, motion, calories burned, and sleep, with biometric data taken 100 times per second, 24 hours a day. It uses this data to tell you how much you’ve recovered, how much you should push for the day, and how much sleep you need to rejuvenate.
