The Whoop Strap 2.0 does activity tracking one step better. The tracker records heart rate, heart rate variability, ambient temperature, motion, calories burned, and sleep, with biometric data taken 100 times per second, 24 hours a day. It uses this data to tell you how much you’ve recovered, how much you should push for the day, and how much sleep you need to rejuvenate.
