The first ever standalone Four Seasons Private Residences will open at Grosvenor Square in London in 2018. The property offers 37 residences serviced by Four Seasons staff and offering amenities typical of the brand’s hotels. These include inresidence dining and catering, concierge services, salon and spa services, stocking, event planning, and child and pet care, among others. Other amenities include a private wine cellar, cinema, business suite, and swimming pool. The residences range from three- to five-bedroom apartments.
