FANTASY AT SEA

The Floating Venice will be the world’s first underwater luxury vessel resort. The floating resort comes with four decks, one of which is underwater, providing views of the coral reefs below and the passing gondola above. Guests can reach the main Piazza San Marco by boat, seaplane or helicopter and check-in at the underwater lobby. They will then be transported to their rooms on gondolas via winding canals or through a short stroll on walkways and bridges. The Floating Venice will also come with 24 pools, 12 floating beaches, and 12 restaurants and bars, three of which are underwater.
