Ranked 64th on Forbes’ billionaire list and fourth in Hong Kong, Joseph Lau owns part of Hong Kong’s largest real estate investors — Chinese Estates. His net worth increased more than $2 billion between 2015 and 2016 because of a higher share price for Chinese Estates and his large personal portfolio of Hong Kong and London properties.
