Indian politician Mangal Prabhat Lodha is the founder of the Lodha Group — a Mumbai-based real estate developer. According to Forbes, Lodha ranks 29th on India’s billionaire list and 771th in the world. The company sold a south Mumbai luxury penthouse in Lodha Altamount for a record-breaking $24 million and the 75-storey Trump Tower in Mumbai is expected to be completed in 2018. In 2015, Lodha Group delivered 5.7 million sq-ft of real estate and 5,500 units across projects.
