Jitendra Virwani’s Embassy group is building Embassyone, a 1.5 million-sq-ft mixed-use development that will include a Four Seasons hotel, with private equity firm Blackstone. Virwani is also moving into the hospitality sector with six properties by the end of 2020. Known for its sprawling tech parks and expansive list of MNC tenants the likes of Yahoo and homegrown e-retailer Flipkart, Embassy jointly invested $250 million with Warburg Pincus last year to set up industrial parks across India.
