Real estate developer Katsumi Tada sold his stakes in Daito Trust Construction for around $2 billion after stepping down as chairman. His new firm Daisho’s latest project is a 34- storey A- grade tower, 180 Brisbane, in the central business district of Brisbane, Australia. Located next to the Mincom central office tower (which Daisho had purchased earlier), the $300 million tower on Ann Street will add 57,465 sq- m of office space.
