Kumar and son Kishin RK are working on plans to merge Royal Group Holdings and Kishin’s RB Capital, cashing in on the synergy between the two holdings. The combined platform is targeted to more than double to an estimated $10 billion by 2020, and is expected to be completed in 2016.
