Ranked 12th richest in South Korea, Lee Joong- Keun is also the 810th richest billionaire in the world. His construction and property development business, Booyoung Group, is Korea’s largest provider of rental housing. To diversify its portfolio, the company has since purchased several properties, which included an industrial site in Incheon and a golf course in Anseong, for $829.5 million. Earlier this year, Booyoung also purchased the iconic Samsung Life building in central Seoul for $490 million.
