Chen Yung-tai serves as a director on Aurora Corp’s board and owns properties such as the 38- storey tower in Shanghai’s financial district, as well as others in the Shanghai Bund and the Hsinyi District in Taipei. The founder of office supplies giant Aurora Group reaped the bulk of his fortunes from his portfolio of office buildings in Taipei and Shanghai.
