The founder of Pruksa Real Estate, Thongma Vijitpongpun is Thailand’s largest developer of townhouses, single- detached houses and condominiums in and around Bangkok. In the first quarter, Pruksa’s revenue increased by 23.8 percent year- on- year, while net profit grew by 42.1 percent year- on- year. The company expects the Bangkok Metropolitan Region market (BMR) to expand at eight percent in 2016 and has plans to invest $430 million in buying land parcels and expanding prefabrication capacity.
