The craft brew­ery and restau­rant has re­vamped its menus to fea­ture fresh sea­sonal pro­duce. The lamb biryani risotto with beer pa­neer, first pre­sented at this year’s World Gourmet Sum­mit, is now a fix­ture on the à la carte din­ner menu, while cele­riac tacos and game pie have been added to the beer din­ing menu.
