The craft brewery and restaurant has revamped its menus to feature fresh seasonal produce. The lamb biryani risotto with beer paneer, first presented at this year’s World Gourmet Summit, is now a fixture on the à la carte dinner menu, while celeriac tacos and game pie have been added to the beer dining menu.
