The Japanese cocktail bar turns up the spook factor for Halloween. Three special creations are served this month, concocted by bartender Gento Torigata and based on elements of Japanese folklore, such as the Kappa (a river child or water imp), which is a combination of absinthe, gin, melon liqueur, cointreau and lemon.
