Journey to Infinity: escher’s World of Wonder

More than 150 original works from dutch artist MC escher is displayed at this retrospective in singapore’s artscience Museum. staged for the first time in southeast asia, the exhibition examines escher’s journey as a celebrated graphic artist, showcasing his works from the 1920s to the 1970s. From illustrations of nature and landscapes, to figurative and abstract art, escher’s works brilliantly illustrate the poetry of mathematics and the scientific processes at play between architecture and design.
