Icons of Modern Art: the shchukin collection

Foundation Louis Vuitton in Paris pays tribute to Sergi Shchukin, a celebrated art patron of the early 20th century, known as one of the most visionary collectors of French modern art. Through the generous contributions of the Hermitage Museum and the Pushkin State Museum, 130 major pieces by impressionist, post-impressionist and modern masters the likes of Monet, Picasso and Van Gogh will be on display.
