It is what motivates the freelance writing work she does, whether it is for media or content development projects. When not eating, globetrotting or watching a play, she channels her inner (overaged) ballerina at barre classes. karen tee began her career as a writer for Urban, The Straits Times and has contributed articles to various magazines. She is also a part-time lecturer in fashion journalism at Lasalle College of the Arts. Her love for writing is only surpassed by her love for yoga. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2012 so that she can share her passion with more people. When she is not on the mat or rushing to meet a writing deadline, she can be found sipping a flat white at a cafe while surfing the net to inspire her next vacation. pearlyn tham is a veteran writer and editor who has worked with some of Singapore’s top publications for over 10 years, covering and editing beauty, fashion, travel and lifestyle stories, as well as general news.
