MAGIC KINGDOM For its new High Jewelry collection, Quatre contes de Grimm, Van Cleef & Arpels turned to the realm of imagination, enchantment and spells. Four Brothers Grimm fairy tales — The Twelve Dancing Princesses, The Golden Bird, The Three Feathers and Town Musicians of Bremen — have been reinterpreted through its cherished jewellerymaking techniques and gemstones in a vivid palette. This Oiseau d’or clip brings the titular bird to life through yellow sapphires, spessartite garnets, onyx and diamonds. The avian motif also alludes to the hummingbirds, lovebirds and birds of paradise that recur throughout its creations.
