Blooming Birthday

Louisa Ong had an unforgettable 18th birthday party. Held just before she left Singapore to further her studies, her mum Fanty Soenardy also gifted the teen a Tiffany & Co. key pendant to remind her that she holds a key to the hearts of her family members. Guests were greeted by a two-tiered cake in Tiffany blue, as well as a sumptuous dessert buffet and macarons presented by Tiffany & Co. There were also delicacies such as Beggar’s Chicken, Peking Duck, and dim sum. And of course, what is a coming-ofage party without champagne, wine and, for the sober-minded, mocktails — all freely flowing. Held on the ground level of the two-storey VLV, guests had fun bopping to the beats inside the human “cages”. The evening ended on a high note with the birthday girl serenaded and misted with champagne.
