DRESSED TO THRILL

To make the collaboration all the more exclusive, Diavel for Bentley owners will have sole access to a capsule collection comprising a jet helmet and technical leather jacket. Available in both men’s and women’s versions and dressed in a colour palette reflective of the motorbike’s livery, the collection offers riders a chance to turn heads both on and off the road.

TACTILE SIMILARITIES

The resemblances extend to the rider’s seat, outfitted in black Alcantara leather precisely worked to echo the Bentley Batur’s interior both in terms of sight and feel, with the underlying red fabric said to boast a texture similar to the seats of the car. There’s also a Bentley logo embroidered on the motorbike’s rear pad, lest you forget the automotive forces that made this collaboration a reality.

THE DEVIL’S BODYWORK

Ducati and Bentley, both operating under the auspices of the Volkswagen Group, have taken the technical base of the devilishly powerful Diavel M4 cruiser and tempered its aggressive lines with the unmistakable elegance of Bentley Batur. Design nods to the British marque’s most powerful production car ever can be found in the motorbike’s front mudguard, fairing, single-seater tail and forged rims. Most noticeable of all are the side air intakes drawing breath into the bike’s 1,158cc V4 Granturismo engine, deliberately fashioned to resemble the car’s iconic dual-tone front grille.

The Ducati Diavel for Bentley motorbike will be kept to a strictly limited series of just 500 numbered examples, indicated on the carbon fibre cover of the vertical steering head on the motorcycle’s right side. Customers of Bentley’s in-house bespoke division, Mulliner, will have exclusive access to a further 50 motorbikes with customisable colours for the front saddle, brake calipers, carbon fibre elements and rims. Owners can even match the bodywork to their Bentleys.
