IN THE SPOTLIGHT

As the official jewellery partner for this month’s Singapore Fashion Week, Tiffany & Co has lined up a string of events that promises to dazzle.

In 1878, Charles Lewis Tiffany purchased a fancy yellow diamond of 287.42 carats unearthed in the Kimberley mines of South Africa. Named the Tiffany Diamond, it has been shown in various exhibitions and museums, set in a necklace for Audrey Hepburn and now dazzles admirers from a display in Tiffany’s iconic Fifth Avenue store in New York City.

A jeweller birthed from such lore is the perfect official jewellery partner for the fashion extravaganza that is Singapore Fashion Week. In conjunction with the event, Tiffany is presenting a specially curated high jewellery collection, comprising some pieces that will be shown in Asia for the first time. Natureinspired creations, rare coloured gems and, of course, the world’s most spectacular diamonds, will form the focus of this
