“The most lavish cake I custom-made recently was inspired by architecture. It had a pleated design that was inspired by an amazing building in Spain. The wedding couple were graffiti artists and wanted some architectural element in their cake since their work centres on buildings. The bottom tier was coloured to look like concrete and the pink was added to soften up the entire look. The cake was not huge but it was definitely a showstopper!”
