Yuli Inc.-fine Jew­ellery is no new kid on the block but it main­tains a fresh, novel edge to its jew­ellery cre­ations

Jessie Foo is a breath of fresh air. The vet­eran jew­ellery de­signer, whose epony­mous la­bel has been in busi­ness since 1995, is the anti-the­sis to most of her peers in the in­dus­try. While they may mostly veer to­wards clas­si­cism in terms of per­sonal style and de­sign aes­thet­ics, Foo is the di­rect op­po­site. She is open to ideas and re­cep­tive to­wards trends, ex­per­i­ment­ing with edgier fash­ion op­tions.

Which is also an at­ti­tude that she in­jects into her jew­ellery de­signs for Yuli Inc. -Fine Jew­ellery. While she is open to de­sign­ing clas­sic be­spoke cre­ations for her clients, she pushes the en­ve­lope for her own reg­u­lar se­ries, which are launched twice a year. She de­signs those with a fash­ion eye for two rea­sons: One, to make them more wear­able and eas­ier for clients to mix and match, and two, to ap­peal to the younger crowd.

This tack of re­tain­ing reg­u­lar cus­tomers while touch­ing base with un­tapped au­di­ences is serv­ing the brand well. Cou­ple this with Foo’s as­tute eye for rare and top-notch gem­stones, Yuli Inc. -Fine Jew­ellery looks set to con­tinue blaz­ing a trail and im­press­ing the cognoscenti along the way.
