Bulgari’s Inside the Dream docufilm scintillates with stars
Have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes at Bulgari in creating its incredible high jewellery masterpieces? The Roman jeweller is revealing these secrets and more in a new documentary film produced by Terminal 9 Studios, available to watch on Prime Video. Directed by emerging talent Matthieu Menu and having premiered at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival, Inside the Dream offers fascinating insight into Bulgari’s elaborate high jewellery-making process.
From acquiring the most exceptional gems to designing and then unveiling the final product, follow Bulgari’s Jewellery Creative Director, Lucia Silvestri, as she goes through the process of bringing magnificent high jewellery pieces to life.
Highlights of the docufilm include scenes of the search for precious gems in Jaipur, India, the conception of jewellery pieces in Bulgari’s headquarters in Rome, and the impressive craftsmanship that takes place in the secret location of Bulgari’s Workshop.
As longtime friends of the brand, five remarkable women star in this film: Blackpink member Lisa, American actress Zendaya, Italian fashion icon and digital entrepreneur Chiara Ferragni, supermodel Lily Aldridge and Indian actress Priyanka Chopra Jones.
These multifaceted women of diverse backgrounds are each inspiring in their own way, and united by the love they have for Bulgari and the stunning jewellery they wear.
One particularly outstanding piece is the Serpenti Hypnotic Emerald necklace, which features a whopping 93.83-carat Colombian cabochoncut emerald, along with diamonds and more emeralds. Zendaya was the first person to ever wear this breathtaking creation when she debuted it to the world on the red carpet at the 78th Venice Film Festival.
