Amex Singapore Airlines Solitaire PPS credit cardholders who spend above $3,800 a month can now earn 1.5 miles for each $1 spent locally and 2.4 miles for every $1 equivalent in foreign currency spent overseas, or 1.3 miles per $1 if total monthly spend is $3,800 or less. (The earn rate was 1 Krisflyer mile per $1 spent locally and overseas.) From now till June 30, 2017, charge $50,000 or more to your card on singaporeair.com and get a complimentary one-sector upgrade from business class to the highest class available on the aircraft, be it first class or Suites, and 50 per cent Krisflyer miles redemption benefits when you spend $75,000 or more.
