While many of us were still recuperating postNew Year’s Eve celebrations, Marilyn Lum was eager to start 2017 proper: ready to welcome her second bundle of joy—a baby boy, set to join big brother Philip in late February. In celebration of the happy occasion, Marilyn gathered 30 of her closest friends, with help from girlfriends Tan Min-li and Dolores Au, for an intimate party at VLV Singapore in the second week of January. The restaurant’s executive chef Martin Foo prepared a glorious spread of seafood and meats, paired with flutes of champagne, for the ladies to enjoy.
