The Intercontinental Singapore Robertson Quay is the newest addition to this riverside enclave and it has a slew of exciting F&B concepts to set our mouths watering. Publico Deli is one—a 160-seat Italian-inspired gourmet delicatessen serving up breakfast items, salads and sandwiches during the day. Come night time, it transforms into dessert cafe and cocktail bar Marcello. On the second floor is Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, a New York steakhouse chain started by father-and-son duo Wolfgang and Peter Zwiener. It only serves USDA Black Angus meat, which is dry-aged for 28 days to make it more succulent and bring out its flavours, and is perfect served medium-rare. ihg.com
