The Interconti­nental Singapore Robertson Quay is the newest addition to this riverside enclave and it has a slew of exciting F&B concepts to set our mouths watering. Publico Deli is one—a 160-seat Italian-inspired gourmet delicatess­en serving up breakfast items, salads and sandwiches during the day. Come night time, it transforms into dessert cafe and cocktail bar Marcello. On the second floor is Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, a New York steakhouse chain started by father-and-son duo Wolfgang and Peter Zwiener. It only serves USDA Black Angus meat, which is dry-aged for 28 days to make it more succulent and bring out its flavours, and is perfect served medium-rare. ihg.com
