Pub­lished since 1986, Sin­ga­pore Tatler’s Best Restau­rants has been of­fer­ing an au­thor­i­ta­tive snap­shot of the na­tion’s best din­ing ex­pe­ri­ences to a breed of dis­cern­ing food lovers. It has as­sessed and re­flected the ex­po­nen­tial growth our lauded din­ing scene has en­joyed over the last three decades—cel­e­brat­ing stal­warts since the day they de­cided to change the way we feasted, one de­li­cious dish at a time.

We con­tinue to em­brace the new, even as we say farewell to one of our bright­est—we wish chef An­dré Chiang of Restau­rant An­dré all the best as he heads back home (to Tai­wan) in new pur­suits of per­fec­tion.

And, still, we con­tinue to bear wit­ness to the rise of mod­ern gas­tron­omy through the con­tin­ued suc­cess of pi­o­neers such as Les Amis, Iggy’s and Wild Rocket, as well as a new crop of cham­pi­ons—the likes of Odette, Nouri and Can­dlenut—who are set­ting new bench­marks.
