The art of sumiyaki (or charcoal grilling) is a beautiful affair at Shunjuu. You’ll find the chefs in the open kitchen skilfully grilling skewers of meat, seafood and vegetables over charcoal. There are more than 70 options to choose from, including the foie gras, kaki buta maki (oysters rolled with pork) and asuparagusu buta maki (asparagus rolled with pork).
