The apparent simplicity of the dishes—prawn in a light sauce, stuffed squid, pork chops, salmon ravioli, beef or lamb, and tiramisu—belies chef Gabriel Fratini’s genius. The ingredients are fresh and cooked to perfection, while the seasoning brings out the natural flavours.
