The restaurant proffers French, Japanese and Chinese culinary styles with tantalisin­g flourish. The maguro tartare, for instance, is sublime—beautifull­y plated and brimming with fresh flavours. The omakase fish is excellent as well; rendered in a hearty Chinese style, it is deep-fried, then generously smothered in a mouth-watering butter-curry leaf sauce. The red lobster is spicy and succulent, while the Kumamoto black wagyu A4 beef, deftly pan-seared and butter-basted in the French style, is wonderfull­y tender and tasty.
