The five-course degustation menu—with vegetarian and nonvegetarian options—takes you on a gastronomic journey of flavours and textures. The meal includes the murgh makhani, featuring tender chicken cutlets that aren’t overly oily and tandoor-grilled before they’re slicked in a spicy tomato gravy, as well as tamatar ka shorba, a creamy tomato soup infused with coriander and spiced with cumin.
