As befitting the Indian culinary culture, the selection of vegetarian dishes is extensive and so enticing that it’s difficult, even for seasoned carnivores, to ignore. The avocado kebab is a prime example—generous in its creamy texture and rich in flavour, it’s accented by just the right amount of spices and tandoor oven smokiness. Both the murgh tikka masala and the tandoori lamb chops are lipsmacking; their tangy, piquant marinade has been worked through the roasted meat, giving them a silky, flaky texture with each bite. The meats are full of natural flavour yet shy away from gaminess, and the heat from the chilli is just enough to help elevate the aromas of the spice rubs.
