Bedrock Bar & Grill
Since its inception in 2008, Bedrock Bar & Grill has been a go-to spot for quality steaks from various regions such as Japan, Australia and the US. But fans of the restaurant know that its non-meat dishes are equally delectable. The baked camembert uses cheese specially flown in from Normandy, France, and is served on a hot pan with capers and crisp bread—a must try for fromage lovers. The mac ’n’ cheese looks deceptively simple, but is expertly made with Italian maccheroni and a secret combination of four different kinds of cheese. Obviously, the steaks are a must. The star is the double-cut dry-aged porterhouse cooked to a mouth-watering finish—tender inside, with a beautiful char outside. It comes with a selection of condiments, such as red wine sauce, whole-grain whiskey mustard, chimichurri and Bedrock chilli oil.
