Mitzo Restaurant & Bar
At Mitzo, Cantonese cuisine is presented with creative modern interpretations. Take the roasted coffee pork neck served with crispy tofu skin, elegantly wrapped in Chinese pancakes—it’s so popular that it generally requires a pre-order. The succulent meat is enhanced by the fat content and is imbued with the aroma of coffee. In another standout, the intense fragrance of black truffle permeates slices of moist roast duck, served with delightfully crisp skin. For a fancy dessert, the chilled avocado milkshake, resplendently jade-green in colour, and rich and creamy in taste, is accompanied by rum and raisin ice cream as well as a golden dumpling encasing dark chocolate truffle liqueur. The wine list is easy to navigate, and covers a wide geographical range. Segmented dining areas provide space for large gatherings, while the use of mirrors on the ceiling and walls, and the large windows overlooking Orchard Road help amplify the space.
