Tai Kin Seng has been working in the kitchen of Tien Court since 1995, starting as a sous chef and working his way to become the head chef in just a few years. After many years of dreaming up dishes and leading the culinary team as the secondin-command, he achieved his goal of earning the “master chef” title.
