Advertised as a buffet restaurant with Asian and Western cuisines, Azur is a convenient restaurant for travellers at Changi Airport or for diners escaping the weekend crowds in the city. A definite winner at this buffet is the DIY poke bowl counter, featuring a full selection of cooked lentils, couscous and other grains, as well as colourful garden vegetables. For proteins, there’s chicken, beef and, a comprehensive array of fish at the sashimi counter. The roast beef is served with two mustards and a flavourful brown jus. The Cajun-style seafood is stewed in authentic Cajun spices, while the mee siam features several toppings. Staff are polite and welltrained, but can get overwhelmed when the restaurant is packed, especially during dinner service.
