For an appetising starter, slices of tender grilled octopus stand sentinel-like upon a hillock of creamy orange potato, drizzled with fragrantly bold olive oil, parsley and oregano. The signature pizza of fior di latte, mascarpone and truffle cream provides deliciously mild and creamy flavours, enhanced by the earthy scent of truffles. Cooked in a rich lobster stock, the spaghetti alla chitarra is entwined with Boston lobster, accompanied by sweet cherry tomatoes and a subtle touch of tarragon. The compact wine list has an adequate selection of primarily Italian labels. Cheerful, courteous service adds to the restaurant’s resort feel.
