As far as premium buffets go,

The Ritz-carlton’s cleverly themed offerings at Colony are hard to beat. While the Sunday brunch menus take the cake, its Saturday seafood dinner spread is just the right amount of gourmet pomp and extravagance. While there was only one variety of oysters at the ice bar during our visit, there was a good mix of Alaskan snow crab, Australian black mussels, scallops and poached prawns, to name a few. While a small selection of sushi also makes a good starter, there’s plenty of quality Asian fare at the live stations to consider, such as a moreish black chicken soup, the laksa with lobster ball and even a seafood noodle dish served with half a crayfish. Of course, there’s no reason not to make a beeline for the grill station for the Boston lobster, which is served with chardonnay nage. Have a sampling of the fork-tender roasted beef tomahawk while you’re there, if you want to save a second trip.
