Located next to Fullerton Bay Hotel, Monti is an ideal place for a romantic dinner date. The chic interiors look out to Marina Bay and diners get a privileged view of the sunset as well as the daily 8pm light show at Marina Bay Sands. If you’re feeling adventurous, there’s a chef’s omakase menu of five or seven courses to be enjoyed. But if à la carte is more your style, then a must-order is the butternut squash tortelloni, which is creamy thanks to the addition of foie gras morsels, parmigiano fondue and almond crumbs. The hefty Mayura full-blood Wagyu T-bone is another great choice, but at 1.1kg, it’s highly recommended to share this among two or more diners. Touted by the restaurant as one of the best Florentine steaks in Singapore, meat lovers won’t be disappointed by the succulent and tender steak; its buttery flavours are attributed to a unique diet of grain and chocolate.
