The year-end holidays are just around the corner, which means it’s time to think about where to celebrate and feast with friends and family. Whether it’s a party at home or an indulgent Christmas meal, Sheraton Towers Singapore has everything you need.

PARTY FLAIR

Host a fabulous gathering without breaking a sweat by picking up a couple of the hotel’s takeaway Christmas goodies. The savoury showstopper on this year’s menu is the honey rock hoisin roasted turkey, which packs an Oriental-inspired twist in a festive classic. Steeped in a special marinade for 48 hours before being slow-roasted, the bird comes filled with fragrant black sesame fried rice stuffing complemented by sides of sauteed Brussels sprouts with garlic and salted egg potato dumplings.

For dessert, be sure to try the raspberry cheese igloo cake that has cheese mousse and raspberry jelly in it—a combination that hits that special spot between salty and sweet. To delight the kids, go for the Valrhona Azelia mushroom cake, which is made up of layers of Azelia milk chocolate mousse, chocolate sponge cake and apricot jam underneath its quirkily designed exterior.

DINING IN

A sumptuous buffet is always a great way to celebrate Christmas. Enjoy a variety of tempting dishes, including tandoori turkey breast, lobster mac and cheese with truffle, slow‑roasted bulgogi rib-eye, as well as local delights such as wok-fried white pepper crab, salted egg fried rice and Sheraton Towers’ signature dry laksa at The Dining Room. Complete your meal with sweet treats such as mango passion yule log and cranberry gingerbread pudding. The lunch buffet at The Dining Room is available from December 2 to 31, and on New Year’s Day, while the dinner buffet is served from December 2 to 30, and on New Year’s Eve.

For those who prefer Asian flavours, the hotel’s Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant will offer festive lunch and dinner menus on Christmas Eve and Day, as well as on New Year’s Eve and Day. Dishes such as baked wine-infused pigeon and double-boiled abalone and Sea Treasure soup in young coconut star in the five-course meal.
