Gone are the days when the red-soled footwear of Christian Louboutin were the purview of shoe-obsessed women. Since launching his men’s collection in 2011, the designer has won his share of male fans with flamboyant designs such as heavily studded sneakers and colourful loafers. Now, these shoe buffs have a new space in which to check out the brand’s latest wares. Its store at Scotts Square features a 1,668 sq ft interior designed to look like “a forest in a city” – bronze displays that have developed a green patina channel forest vegetation, while a textured birch wall adds to the organic feel. #01-16/16 Scotts Square.
