FOOD From starters such as smoked salmon terrine with beetroot carpaccio and cucumber-and-litchi salsa, to a Mediterranean platter of flatbread, chickpea fritters, smoked paprika hummus, tapenade and marinated artichokes, the food is contemporary. Top main-course options are chicken breast stuffed with olives, peppers and feta, served with balsamic mash, and lamb shoulder slow cooked in red wine, with roasted onion mash and Moroccan mint tea raita. For dessert, baked butternut, honey and ginger cheesecake is a winner.
DRINKS An informative and detailed wine list, with an impressive Portuguese cellar selection. SERVICE On weekends it's busy, but waiters are efficient and accommodating.
