A special of braised lamb shank with sweet potato purée is meltingly soft, while their classic burger is perfectly cooked and served with aged cheddar cheese, a tangy tomato relish and pickled cucumber. End with cake or artisanal ice cream or sorbet – chardonnay fig, anyone? DRINKS Fairview and Spice Route bottles offer good variety. There’s a range of fresh juices and smoothies. SERVICE Staff are welcoming and laid-back.
